Careful
I forget that even though I try to be anonymous, there is no such thing on the Internet. Two people have emailed me recently using my real name. I use Google+, Gmail and blogger, is it because they are all a part of the Google monopoly and that I use my real name on one of these services? Anyway, even though I would like to be more honest and say, this situation sucks or this patient, teacher or doctor was crazy. I need to watch myself and be careful what I say.

I recently found out the same thing and about passed out!!
I purposefully set up a 2nd email account for the blog so I could remain anonymous to anyone but those whom I trust.
I hate Google and FB (never had one). If there was another way to get around easily, on the 'net, I would leave Google in a heartbeat!

Funny I was just myself going through that same thing the other day. I went through ALL of my posts on both of my blogs & made sure to remove the name of the REAL school I am attending. Although I don't mind people to know who I am, I don't want them to know where I'm going to school, especially when I start complaining about my teachers, :D
Ya, the whole anonymous thing on the internet...
You never can be truly anonymous.
