Going the wrong way

Bad enough my current school loans could buy a house in Detroit, now my transmission went out and it will be about $3000, ugh. I can fix some things on my car but this is not one of them.

Money is going the wrong way, I need to get out of school and start working again.

I feel ya on that one. I haven't worked since I started nursing school but now we're starting to feel the pinch so I am actively searching for work. I handed out some resume's yesterday at some walk in clinics in my area but I'm also considering at home care just for the flexibility, although it defintely wouldn't be my first choice. Hopefully you can get your car fixed for cheaper than $3000.

Luckily the owner of the transmission shop is married to a nurse practitioner that went to my school. He is going to try and keep the costs down as much as possible, but it is a total rebuild. Lots of hard miles from travel nursing
