Treat the whole patient, not just the disease
This is part of the reason I love pediatrics. To quote Art Linkletter, "kids say the darndest things". Of course just knowing who Art Linkletter is makes me old.
That is true, and I think dealing with the parents would be twice as bad as dealing with the kids.
