Survivor vs Biggest Loser

For the first time in a long time I watched a whole episode of Survivor and the show has changed. Remember when contestants actually had to show some survival skills and maybe eat a bug or two. Now it seems like they pick people who look good in bikinis or are controversial. My ideas would be different.

I want to see a real survivor show, so how about dropping these people in Canada or Northern Minnesota in the winter and seeing how they survive.

The contestants do lose a lot of weight over the 39 days. So how about combining the show The Biggest Loser and Survivor together, can you imagine the mind games on that island? Now I would watch that every week.

Haha, I wouldn't doubt that they are already casting...

International Falls, that'd be a great show.

BAHAHA!!! omg, I'd love to see a hybrid of the two shows!!!!!! That'd be hilarious! I know a TV exec in Hollywood, I think you should pitch the idea to her ;)

Marianne, if you know someone we'll split it. That could pay for our school.

That's brilliant!

Here's a response to your comment about the Nook (hint hint, add an email address to your comments haha)...

I really, really hope I'll be able to read for fun during nursing school! For some reason, being able to have the entertainment reading on the side helps me stay on top of reading for school, but we'll see what happens. I've been told the amount of reading for nursing school is insane...

So, while I am only 23, I am very much an old-soul and pretty old-fashioned about a lot of things. Yes, I have an iPhone & a MacBook, but, for the life of me, cannot understand the obsession with technology and constantly being connected to the internet in every way, shape, and form. I get the practicality of the Nook, but, honestly, I love toting around a book in my purse (such a great convo starter, too, if a nosey nelly peeks in and sees your book and asks about it! I love that!), being able to physically turn pages, have the smell of a book, the sound of the binding expanding, etc. I'm so weird, but reading, for me, is a total experience, one you can't get with those silly electronic books.
